The Most Fertile Areas of the Country

Coffee in Tanzania is grown in almost any region which provides the necessary climatically and geological conditions. There are, however, three main areas which are producing about 90% of the total crop: the Kilimanjaro/Arusha Region in the North of the country, the Mbozi/Mbinga Areas in the South and the Western region of Bukoba/Kagera.
